Política de reembolso

We offer a 30-day right of return on non-campaign items bought in our webshop. If, for any reason within the 30-day period, you are not satisfied with your product, you'll get your money back. For items bought in campaign offers such as Black Friday, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to info@fjordliving.dk and follow the instructions in our terms and conditions. You will receive a return label from our customer service. You bear the direct costs of returning the item.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, no later than 14 days after we have received notification of your withdrawal, provided we have received the item back or documentation that it has been returned.
